A CIDARE Program

A CIDARE Program is a long term partnership that spans years. Programs provide many benefits - lower prices, customized processes, and collaborative innovation. To ensure a program's success, we follow a standard process each year. Let us walk you through that process.

Plan Your Program
Together we determine the length of your program and the types of projects you need executed. Do you need help with cyclicals? Building permits? Sales verifications? Abatement inspections? What are your goals?
Determine Your Targets
Once we've built the program together, we start on the current year's projects.  Which properties do you need us to visit for this year? Are they residential, commercial/industrial, exempt properties or a mixture?
Plan the Deployment
The projects are known, the properties are chosen - now we just have to plan how we'll execute the projects. When we're in the field, what are your data priorities? Besides core services (data collection, data analysis, and data entry), do you need us to notify the property owners, provide customer support, or create informational flyers and brochures? 
Gather and Analyze the Data
Data collection starts! Until we finish the deployment, our global team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to collect, analyze, review, and deliver the data you need. We check and recheck your data to ensure accuracy. 
Get it to Your CAMA System
What good is accurate data if you can’t use it? We focus on getting data from the field into your CAMA system within 24 hours of collection. Unlike other service providers, we're agnostic and can work with any CAMA system.
Refine the Program
We've finished this year's projects! Now we refine the plan for next year and make adjustments to improve. Once next year comes, we start by planning the next set of projects.

We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and/or changes to or in our products and services). In certain circumstances, we may use our website, newspapers, or other public means to post a notice.

6. Children under the age of 13

Our website is not directed to, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If we inadvertently collect such information, we shall immediately ensure such information is erased from our system’s database.

As mentioned, all users or visitors to our website can discontinue receiving communication from us by way of email or newsletters. We are located in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) and sent to the United States.
