SOMERSET, MA AND CIDARE COMPLETE 1200 PARCEL CYCLICAL PROJECT

We are pleased to announce that CIDARE and Somerset recently completed a two month, 1200 parcel cyclical data collection project in July and August of 2024. For this project, Somerset relied on CIDARE to provide:

• Pre-deployment and project planning services;

• Data collection services using CIDARE Capture and CIDARE data collection staff;

• CIDARE analytical services to analyze all collected data, collect and analyze third-party supporting data, and perform quality control;

• CIDARE data entry services and CIDARE’s knowledge of Tyler Technologies’ computer-aided mass appraisal (CAMA) system.

This is the second major project on which Somerset and CIDARE have worked together; previously the two organizations worked on a smaller 53 parcel, 81 building exempt property data collection project.
